Calling all potential prepared food vendors for Norcross Community Market and others. THIS CLASS WILL BE TAUGHT IN SPANISH.

Fecha: Sábado y de Mayo, de 9:00 a.m. a 12:00 pm. 
La Universidad de Georgia, Servicio de Extensión de Gwinnett en colaboración con Norcross Community Market, entrenará a empleados de restaurantes y al público en general en prácticas de seguridad en la comida para la preparación y el servicio de alimentos incluyendo: Seguridad en la comida, hygiene personal, contaminación cruzada y alérgenos, tiempo y temperaturas, y limpieza y sanitización.   
Lugar: Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center

Costo:   $15 por persona. Incluye el libro de Serv-Safe book y el certificado  
               de la Asociación Nacional de Restaurantes.

Gwinnett Extension in partnership with Norcross Community Market will train restaurant employees and general public in food safety practices for preparing and serving food including:

Basic Food Safety * Personal Hygiene  * Cross-contamination and Allergens * Time and Temperature and * Cleaning and Sanitation. 

This program will be held at Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center, 10 College St. Norcross, GA 30071. The cost is $15 per person; it includes the ServSafe book and the Certificate of Completion from the National Restaurant Association.
