Calling all potential prepared food vendors for Norcross Community Market and others.
Gwinnett Extension in partnership with Norcross Community Market will train restaurant employees and general public in food safety practices for preparing and serving food including:
Basic Food Safety * Personal Hygiene * Cross-contamination and Allergens * Time and Temperature and * Cleaning and Sanitation.
This program will be held at Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center, 10 College St. Norcross, GA 30071. The cost is $15 per person; it includes the ServSafe book and the Certificate of Completion from the National Restaurant Association.
