Norcross Community Market
Know Your Farmer
sponsored by AgSouth Farmers Credit
This week we're highlighting our last farmer of the Know Your Farmer series. Next time you're at the Norcross Community Market stop by and check out Clark Farms!
I had the pleasure of meeting Clark and his dad Lao at the Norcross Community Market and they are just the sweetest pair! Lao and his wife Ka run the farm in Winder along with their 3 children.
Clark Farms has been selling their produce at the Norcross Community Market since the market's start. They offer onions, green onions, beets, kale, squash, zucchini, and potatoes. For the next couple weeks they expect to have cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots as well!
Aside from their yummy veggies, Clark Farms also sells cut flowers. Sweet little Clark passes out sunflowers to other vendors at the market from time to time and his smile is contagious!
The pair will be at the market this Saturday so stop by to say hey, grab some produce and gorgeous flowers, and tell Clark and Lao that you read about them in the Know Your Farmer Series!
Week after next will be the last edition of the Know Your Farmer series as we wrap up the end of the season. In the meantime, we would love to have you sign up to receive weekly Southern recipes from Biscuits and Burlap by clicking this link.
Thanks for reading!

Norcross Community Market has been selected to receive a grant from AgSouth Farmers Credit as a part of AgSouth’s Think Outside the Store® farmers grant program.
The funds are designated to be used for promoting the market, and Norcross Community Market was chosen based on our plan to increase public awareness of the market with this “Know Your Farmer” series.
